As a Full-Time Certified Caregiver III - MedTech at Via Elegante Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through compassionate assistance and personal care that promotes independence and honors individual preferences. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine wellness monitoring and responding proactively to resident needs, ensuring their comfort and safety. You will perform and document vital signs, assist with health assessments, and provide essential support for activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. With a focus on dignity and compassion, you will also deliver end-of-life care when needed. Additionally, you will assist residents with medication management and nutritional support, ensuring compliance with certification standards and addressing any specialized dietary requirements. What matters most To excel as a Full-Time Certified Caregiver III - MedTech at Via Elegante Assisted Living and Memory Care, candidates must possess a valid Arizona Caregiver Certification and Memory Care Certification, along with a current Fingerprint Clearance Card. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively interacting with residents, families, and team members, ensuring a collaborative environment rooted in empathy and integrity. Additionally, current CPR and First Aid certifications are required to provide immediate assistance in emergencies. Candidates should be able to pass background and drug screenings, and a TB test will be provided if needed. Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification
Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
Ability to pass background and drug screenings
