About The Position

Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center (ARPC) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join their growing outreach sports medicine team, providing athletic training services to local school programs and athletic organizations in Hall County, GA. This full-time role is designed for athletic trainers who desire more than just sideline coverage, offering dynamic athletic environments to develop clinical confidence, decision-making skills, and professional autonomy within a collaborative sports medicine network. ARPC, founded in 2000, is a well-established and growing sports medicine practice serving the north Georgia athletic community, emphasizing clinical excellence. Athletic trainers at ARPC work closely with schools, clinics, orthopedic providers, and sports performance professionals to provide comprehensive care. The company fosters a supportive, team-based culture where clinicians benefit from mentorship, contribute ideas, and continuously grow. The role involves building strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and school communities, collaborating with an integrated sports medicine team of athletic trainers, physical therapists, physicians, and strength professionals. As an Outreach Athletic Trainer, the individual will be a trusted medical professional vital to the health, safety, and performance of athletes, helping them recover from injuries, perform optimally, and return to play safely, while also implementing injury prevention strategies and athlete education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training
  • BOC Certification (NATABOC)
  • Current or anticipated Georgia state licensure
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site athletic training services for assigned athletic programs
  • Evaluate and manage acute injuries while guiding appropriate care and referrals
  • Support rehabilitation progressions and return-to-play decision making
  • Build trusted relationships with athletes, coaches, physicians, and administrators
  • Implement injury prevention strategies and athlete education
  • Help create a safe, organized, and athlete-centered sports environment
