Amentum is working with the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to design and develop a formal certification program for Counter Threat Finance (CTF) analysts. The intended audience for the certification program is, the DoD threat finance analysts, the DoD all-source analysts, and then any other personnel from DoD and other agencies who qualify for the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP). In support of these efforts Amentum is seeking Certification Task Lead, to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Intelligence Agency in the creation and oversight of the Threat Finance Certification Program.

Requirements

  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret/ SCI Government Security Clearance (Note: US Citizenship required to obtain a security clearance)
  • At a minimum shall have relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience including experience in:
  • Program management
  • Managing certification processes, program development, quality assurance, creating and implementing certification standards, and coordinating with external agencies,
  • Leading project development from inception to deployment, leading teams, and experience in developing and implementing professional training programs.
  • Managing certification, training, or accreditation programs

  • National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCAA) experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with design, development, coordination, and management of a DoD CTF credential/certification program.
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and administration of the certification program. This may include certification activities as part of a mobile team.
  • Perform enterprise-wide assessments of CTF training needs and audit USG and private sector training courses for suitability and make recommendations to the Government as appropriate.
