Job Description Summary Basic Purpose The Certificate Management Specialist role works closely with other Departments (Account Management, Scheduling, Finance, etc.) to research and ensure our clients’ devices and jurisdictional requirements are compliant. Those in this role will be working not only with clients, but with third party entities and maintenance companies to ensure that any violations are corrected in a timely manner. The position has the authority to utilize company credit cards to process payments on behalf of Clients. Goes above and beyond to drive unparalleled performance in customer service and unequivocal commitment to ATIS’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Scope The Certificate Management Specialist helps manage jurisdictional compliance requirements to obtain conveyance Certificates/Permits in a timely manner. Reporting and Working Relationships This position directly reports to the Certificate Management Supervisor. In this role you will work closely with the Account Manager, Client, Client’s Maintenance Company, and the Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJ), and/or other third-party entities.
