About The Position
SP22 Federal Work Study - Ceramics Assistant
Requirements
- You must be a current UNF student who is eligible for and accepts Federal Work Study ( FWS ) funding.
- Able to mix clay and glazes
- Able to use power tools and able to solve tool malfunctions.
- Have basic knowledge of sculpture processes.
- Keep the lab clean at all times.
- Be available to work nights and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Enrolled in ceramic classes as a Junior or Senior with knowledge in ceramics processes or will consider Freshman or Sophomore planning to be ceramics major or minor.
Responsibilities
- Mix clay and glazes
- Use power tools and able to solve tool malfunctions
- Keep the lab clean at all times
- Perform other responsibilities in preparing a studio and class materials for daily uses
