The Bob Moses Ceramic Coating Sales Specialist is a dedicated sales and coordination role responsible for generating revenue through ceramic coating packages sold to NIRVC sales guests, service customers, and storage clients. This is a self-driven, entrepreneurial role that combines consultative selling, outside marketing, and operational oversight. The Specialist is NIRVC's exclusive point of contact for all Bob Moses Ceramic Coating business and is accountable for the full cycle from lead generation through job completion. As a Ceramic Coating Sales Specialist, you will: Sales and Revenue Generation Present and close Bob Moses Ceramic Coating packages to all new RV purchase guests at point of sale, coordinating timing with the sales team and F&I process Proactively upsell service lane customers and storage guests during their interactions with NIRVC Work inbound leads generated by NIRVC marketing campaigns, following up promptly and converting to booked jobs Develop and close multi-unit or fleet opportunities where applicable Maintain a personal closing ratio and revenue target, reviewed monthly with the GSM Outside Marketing and Lead Generation Drive self-generated business through Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms including organic content, paid campaigns, and community engagement Build referral relationships with NIRVC sales reps, service advisors, and storage staff to ensure consistent internal referrals Attend local RV rallies, shows, and owner group events to generate awareness and leads Develop and manage a personal prospect pipeline with documented follow-up activity Scheduling and Job Management Own the scheduling process for all ceramic coating appointments, coordinating with the service department to confirm bay availability and technician readiness Communicate clearly with guests regarding prep requirements, drop-off/pickup timing, and job scope Verify job completion and quality prior to customer delivery, serving as the quality checkpoint between the Bob Moses tech and the guest Document all completed jobs in the CRM and ensure proper invoicing is processed Customer Experience Serve as the dedicated subject matter expert on Bob Moses Ceramic Coating products, packages, and care instructions Educate guests on long-term value, proper maintenance, and warranty terms Resolve any post-application concerns promptly, escalating to the GSM when appropriate Solicit reviews and referrals from satisfied customers as part of a systematic post-job follow-up process.
