We are currently seeking a CEO Office Support Specialist to provide dedicated support to the office of the CEO. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of the office by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, booking travel, and supporting high-profile events. The CEO Office Support Specialist will report to the Executive Assistant and work closely with the executive team to maintain the efficiency and professionalism of daily operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, adaptable, works well under time constraints and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. This position is 5 days a week on-site in our Mclean campus.
