About The Position

Centralized Scheduler Position Description: We are looking for a Centralized Scheduler to join our Team! The daily responsibilities of the Centralized Scheduler will include gathering new patient information and scheduling new patient appointments for all Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center Outpatient offices. The Centralized Scheduler will also perform the following duties: Answer multi-line telephone Schedule appointments Computer entry Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The successful applicant must possess excellent communications skills
• at least one-year experience working in an office setting.
• Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances.
