Centralized OR Scheduling Supervisor
About The Position
According to the Business Manager of Clinical Services, the Surgical Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all surgical scheduling efforts at United Health Services Hospitals. They will oversee workpleted by schedulers and coordinators, to facilitate operating room access while maximizing operating room utilization and physician efficiency. They must demonstrate critical thinking, anticipate, and solveplex problems through coordination with UHS Perioperative Services, physicians, surgical schedulers/coordinators, and office managers. Work Locations: UHS Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City, NY UHS Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, NY Wilson Place, UHS Wilson Medical Campus, Johnson City, NY T is more than one location associated with this position. This is either because t are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities. Requirements
- In lieu of a Bachelors degree, seven (7) years of OR maintenance and scheduling experience

- Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of OR maintenance and scheduling experience
