About The Position

ACES is an ABA therapy provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and other developmental disorders. We were founded on the values of providing empathy, care and fun to our clients, and the role of a Scheduling Supervisor is to be the front line of our service standards and excellence. You will work alongside our schedulers conducting all the same duties as a scheduler plus you will service as primary point of contact for scheduling mattered related to your assigned Pod. You will work directly with our clinical team members to coordinate team members and client schedules based on provided scheduling parameters, with focusing on fulfilling utilization for both parties. You will utilize industry-leading scheduling software to ensure accuracy of client and team member schedules, while providing exceptional customer service in your daily interactions with our team members. You will work collaboratively with a variety of departments within ACES to meet the needs of your region to influence to growth

Requirements

  • Supervisory and/or People Management experience (required)
  • Scheduling experience (required)
  • Energetic self-starter with superb creative problem solving and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy; our current systems include CentralReach, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Avachato, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time (up to 3 hours at a time) during the scheduled workday

Nice To Haves

  • ABA experience (highly preferred but not required)
  • Supply chain logistics experience/education strongly preferred
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
