About The Position

THE ROLE The Central Support Systems Technician is centered on Jesus and called to the vision of Sandals Church. They will help manage the installation, upgrades, and maintenance of campus systems and projects as it relates to production. They will lead out in the organization, processing, and tracking of our production equipment inventory. They will contribute with training and tech support for Campus Production Leads and volunteers on systems and gear at the campuses. THE SCOPE You will influence the organization at the Central Support level for all of our campuses. Responsibilities

  • Help with the installation and configuration of campus projects, upgrades, and launches
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors
  • Collaborate with other Sandals departments for supporting campus production projects and launches
  • Provide training and support in line with Sandals standards and values
  • Lead equipment organization, processing, and tracking
  • Maintain the warehouse and keep it in an operable state of organization while tracking inventory assets
  • Steward resources wisely and with accountability
  • Build healthy relationships and communication with Campus Production Leads and other campus leadership as it relates to projects and system support
  • Collaborate with Cental Support Production staff to provide technical training to Campus Production Leads and volunteers.
  • Regularly scheduled to provide technical support via our Production Slack channel
  • Provide followup as necessary for ongoing troubleshooting and from weekend campus evaluations
  • Build a Team: Identify and invest into volunteers who know what you know and can do what you can do.
  • Attend All Staff, Creative, Worship & Production gatherings and trainings
  • Participate in Central Support Production weekly/biweekly meetings
  • Meet regularly with Supervisor for 1:1’s
  • Participate in weekly Campus Engagement Meeting
  • Be a champion of healthy team cohesion between Central Support & Campus Production and other key stakeholders by the way you interface others.
