What You’ll Do Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Maintain job postings, schedule interviews, and assist applicants. Play a vital role in County Board meetings — scheduling agendas, creating packets and taking minutes. Process monthly benefits invoices and maintain personnel records. Provide day-to-day office support like phone/email correspondence, filing, accounts payable, and website updates. Be a helpful resource for employees with HR, payroll, and benefits questions. What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or GED plus one year of related experience (or equivalent). Strong computer skills — comfortable with spreadsheets, word processing, and office systems.
