Interviews incoming patient or representatives and enters information required for admission into computer database. Distributes appropriate information to ancillary departments. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities. Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Radiology scheduling and insurance authorization preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to type minimum of 40 wpm.
- Knowledgeable in skills of patient/guest relations.
