Requirements

  • Reading and numerical competency.
  • Minimum of one to two years of patient scheduling and registration experience preferred.
  • Requires a working knowledge of third-party payer requirements, healthcare billing, and strong customer service experience with demonstrated service excellence.
  • Requires the ability to prioritize and perform work in an organized, efficient and effective manner without constant supervision or direction.
  • Experience in data entry, collections and medical terminology preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one to two years of patient scheduling and registration experience preferred.
  • Experience in data entry, collections and medical terminology preferred.
