GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all fresh baked artisan bread products in the Central Production Artisan Bread department and train other Central Production Artisan Bakers. This person will be mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking artisan breads, receiving and storing product, determining production and inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
