About The Position

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Central Production Director
to provide vision, leadership, and direction for production (audio, video, lighting) across all campuses. This role plays a key part in shaping meaningful worship experiences by ensuring excellence, consistency, and creativity in every production environment.

The Central Production Director will lead and develop Production HUB Directors and their teams, driving strong systems, healthy culture, and high-quality execution across the organization. This individual will set the standard for innovation and excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about leveraging production to create impactful, Christ-centered environments and to invest in the development of others.

Requirements

• Proven experience in live production (church, touring, broadcast, or similar)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Technical proficiency in audio, video, lighting, and production systems
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative, humble leader aligned with Woodside’s mission and values

Responsibilities

• Cast vision and lead production strategy across multiple campuses
• Guide creative direction for audio, lighting, video, and environments
• Develop and coach Production HUB Directors and volunteer teams
• Oversee production systems, workflows, and campus support
• Manage budgets and long-term equipment planning
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and consistent execution for services and events
