About The Position

The Central Operations Group Specialist serves as the designated subject matter expert for Enterprise Content Management (ECM). This role is accountable for the administration, optimization, and strategic advancement of the Nautilus platform. The Specialist ensures secure, efficient, and compliant management of digital content across the institution, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in banking-related field or 6-8 years’ banking experience or related field.
  • High school graduate or equivalent general education diploma and 6-8 years banking experience; or a combination thereof.
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank services and products
  • Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with Branch and Department functions, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in multiple workgroups simultaneously and ensure timely dissemination of information across all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance, performance, stress, regression, and integration testing; implement changes and corrections as needed, collaborating with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of system updates, changes, or fixes, and communicate these promptly to stakeholders.
  • Organize and deliver staff training related to application updates or new/revised functionalities for impacted teams.
  • Proactively embody our bank’s brand values and personality, fostering meaningful connections with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Serves as project lead under Central Operations Administration for Fiserv Nautilus Solution, managing and maintaining the ECM system.
  • Acts as the primary support lead for Xerox device administration under Central Operations.
  • Ensure integration between scanning devices, ECM platforms, and related databases.
  • Manage document scanning, indexing, and capture processes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Monitor system usage, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend workflow automation, bar code integration, and leverages AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy and user experience.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of the technical solution and validate that the final product meets the defined requirements.
  • Implement and enforce document retention policies, audit trails, and access controls to meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Oversee product upgrades and enhancements, ensuring proper version control, compatibility checks, and smooth deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Performs ongoing maintenance and review of application systems and programs; identify issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Maintains access controls, audit trails, and document versioning to protect sensitive information.
  • Stays current on emerging technologies and innovations that support the bank’s strategic objectives and apply relevant advancements to Central Operations Administration initiatives
