About The Position

As a Central Operations Associate at Treehouse, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable systems that enable high-quality, efficient operations across the company. This role is deeply cross-functional, partnering with teams across Treehouse to build alignment and streamline project execution. You serve as a vital conduit between Go-To-Market (GTM), Field, and R&D teams, ensuring that field realities and technical needs are translated into scalable software workflows and system improvements. A core focus of this role is optimizing and administering HubSpot as Treehouse’s primary CRM, building systems designed for scalability and user clarity that enhance collaboration, data integrity, and customer engagement. You will work within a sprint-based cadence, owning and completing tickets week over week to drive measurable progress. This is a startup environment with a lot to build—you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter who can project manage effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, four years relevant experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a system administration, operations, or process-focused role, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience administering and building workflows within HubSpot; additional experience with FSM tools (e.g. ServiceTitan) a plus
  • Experience with project ownership and a bias toward execution in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems that support high-quality, efficient operations across Treehouse, with a primary focus on HubSpot Customer Resource Management (CRM) optimization and administration
  • Serve as system administrator for Treehouse's CRM and Field Service Management (FSM) platforms, ensuring optimal configuration, access, and functionality
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Scoping, and Installation Operations to gather requirements and implement system-based solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate operational needs into scalable technical workflows and productized features
  • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving reported system issues
  • Maintain internal data hygiene, ensure reporting accuracy, and support performance analysis across teams
  • Build and manage SOPs, training materials, and content systems that support consistent workflows and standards across internal and outsourced teams
  • Provide periodic on-call and holiday-season coverage as needed to ensure continuity of support for internal stakeholders
