Responsibilities

Reviewing sales paperwork and system-generated orders to ensure everything is complete and accurate
Coordinating material orders and delivery timelines with customers and internal teams
Securing necessary permits for residential construction projects
Scheduling inspections and construction work with precision and professionalism
Liaising with subcontractors and third-party labor crews to ensure timely execution
Managing inbound calls from customers post-sale and providing first-class service
Jumping in to support other ops functions as needed—teamwork is everything here!
