About The Position

POSITION OVERVIEW Sub-specialty: RA/RT/APP Department: Radiology Location: Columbus, Ohio Position Summary Candidate must have Registered Technologist (RT), Radiologist Assistant (RA) certification or have extensive radiology experience. Primarily serving as a physician extender/substitute for minor procedures, our ideal candidate will be comfortable performing Fluoroscopy procedures as well as assisting in the performance of direct patient care services, including inpatient consults and inpatient rounding. Other responsibilities include: Scheduling patients for procedures including pre-authorizations, working with other facilities to coordinate procedures as needed, processing orders, sending reports back to referring clinicians Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes Perform history and physical examinations of radiology patients Field phone calls from patients, referring physicians, nurses and other health care professionals regarding patients to identify potential areas of concern in the medical management of the patients Patient education Benefits & Location Location: Various OhioHealth facilities – Greater Columbus, OH Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm ET. $150K+ starting annual compensation Annual bonus potential Full benefits 4 Weeks PTO; $2500 annual CME allowance + 3 CME days For More information or to apply: For inquiries about this position, please contact Pierre Cohen at [email protected] or 312-702-1487 LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW Physician Owned. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must process and maintain Registered Technologist (R.T.(R)) or Radiologist Assistant (RA) certification. Requirements

  • Must process and maintain Registered Technologist (R.T.(R)) or Radiologist Assistant (RA) certification.
