The Mortgage/Consumer Loan Processing Manager oversees a team of Loan Processors and manages daily activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of team responsibilities. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that new loan applications are processed and completed according to established policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for pipeline management, coaching and development, and ensuring that loans are processed to meet quality standards. Prioritize strategically by organizing resources, time, and people to achieve key goals and objectives; act with a sense of urgency, proactively address critical concerns, work quickly to get things done; lead change effectively; demonstrate knowledge skill and abilities while demonstrating operational excellence; deliver consistent results. This role is located in-office at our Operations Center in West Allis, WI.
