Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited educational institution; technical certifications or degree in electrical/mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Ideally 5+ years of as a Technician or Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry; pipeline maintenance experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Maximo).
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic, and looking for the right company to support your growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman electrician license or NCCER certifications in industrial maintenance disciplines certifications, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver rapid, expert support for emergent equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain throughput.
  • Coordinate repairs with specialized contractors and manage critical spare parts inventory.
  • Optimize preventive maintenance programs and procedures to improve reliability.
  • Review and vet maintenance downtime requests for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic goals, including critical sparing strategies and asset criticality rankings.
  • Collaborate with corporate and field teams to enhance Maximo utilization and streamline technical solutions.
