Centralized Leasing Responsibilities Market S2 properties to future residents getting them excited to learn more about our properties, vision, and value our onsite teams bring. Advise prospective tenants of the features, benefits, pricing, and amenities of each individual property because of your in-depth market and property knowledge. Continually grow your skill set and understanding of S2 through participation in customized training and site visits. Coordinate and follow-up with new leads from the Elise AI CRM for the onsite leasing teams by receiving incoming calls, emails, text messages. Elevate the future residents’ leasing experience by giving them a breakdown and painting a full picture of the property so they know what to expect before the tour begins. Leverage your outbound sales skills nurture an average of 50-60 leads per day and generate new appointments for all our properties. Foster an ongoing positive relationship with future residents, onsite leasing teams and peers. Be the first impression to S2 and the main point of contact for all communication up to the future residents’ tour. Assist in the Resident Renewal experience from the first step to finish by handling all renewal concerns and ensure our current residents are proud to stay.
