Under th e direction of the Central Lab Manager, the Central Lab Service Manager is the primary liaison between the Home Office and Field lab teams, oversees the entire lens order process from stock to job entry and production, and directs the Central Labs job prioritization. In partnership with the other Central Lab and field lab teams, the Service Manager identifies and resolves recurring quality issues affecting lenses.
