About The Position

Central Kitchen Helper Clerks perform basic food preparation, packaging and labeling of Commissary items. They label, assemble and check invoices for outgoing commissary orders. Requirements

Must be able to work in a busy kitchen environment
Ability to work independently and be accountable to the commissary team
Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
Basic math skills for measurement and packaging functions
Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Must be able to meet physical requirements including standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs on a regular basis
A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Labels, assembles and checks invoices for outgoing central kitchen orders
Production duties including, but not limited to portioning and packaging product, assembling pizzas and pucking cookies
Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
Follows department merchandising standards and procedures
Provides excellent, professional customer service when needed
