Key Job Responsibilities This role will administer company policies at the Complex level and act as Field Liaison to Headquarters Develop and implement efficient procedures throughout the Complex in partnership with the Complex Operation Manager Facilitate communications within Branch/Complex to support day-to-day New Business escalations, interfacing with Advisors and Managers Run and monitor monthly reports in support of FPs and Complex level reports to help track budgets, growth, development and various Associate recognition and qualification metrics.. Support Headquarters initiatives that help develop, improve, or eliminate processes to create value and provide excellent support to the field. A resource that assists in the development of new programs Coordinate Associate and staff activities, including large case support, new business liaison (NOC) and special support needs. Administering New Business Training Proactively partner with compliance and licensing partners on best practices when reviewing new business Prepare and maintain new business resources for Advisors The base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Requirements

  • 3 years financial services experience
  • Expertise with Microsoft office tools
  • Experience in or knowledge of insurance, securities, or financial services
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills
  • Understands need for confidentiality at all work levels
  • Coaching Others: Knowledge of coaching and mentoring concepts and methods; ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals in learning and improving effectiveness.
