Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends.
  • 1 to 2 years of retail management experience, with direct employee supervision of 5+ people.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Business and financial proficiency.
  • Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Positive, personable, and detail oriented.
  • A Sales background is strongly preferred.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • A professional appearance at all times
  • A passion for sales excellence through education
  • Someone outgoing, personable, and professional.

Nice To Haves

  • A Sales background is strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and nurturing a culture of excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates.
  • Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.
