About The Position

We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Head Start centers and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met. The responsibilities of the Supervisor include communicating with parents, the community, and supervision and monitoring of all Head Start staff working at the assigned center(s).

Requirements

  • Current CDA credential.
  • At least two years of experience working with young children and families.
  • Ability to meet state requirements for 'site director'.
  • Associate degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or related field preferred.
  • One-year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.
  • Must meet state licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with young children preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Previous experience in Head Start/Early Head Start programs preferred.

Responsibilities
