About The Position

4Ever Young is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Center Manager to lead the launch of our new Allen, TX location opening in early to mid August 2026. This is a rare opportunity for a high-accountability operator who thrives in growth environments and wants to help build a business from the ground up. The Center Manager will partner closely with the franchisee from pre-opening through launch and ramp-up, helping establish local brand presence, recruit and train the team, prepare operations, drive membership pre-sales, and lead the center to profitability as quickly as possible. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable working community events, building local partnerships, leading a team, managing service providers, driving sales, and owning operational performance. If you are a strong people leader with experience in wellness, aesthetics, med spa, fitness, retail, hospitality, or membership-based service businesses, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a wellness, med spa, aesthetics, fitness, hospitality, retail, or membership-based service environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing team performance
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, memberships, client retention, and operational results
  • Comfortable working in a startup-style or launch environment with multiple moving parts
  • Strong local marketing and community outreach skills, including events, partnerships, and grassroots business development
  • Ability to manage both people and process while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of balancing sales, operations, staffing, and customer experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with ownership, team members, and service providers
  • Must be local to or able to commute to Allen, TX reliably

Nice To Haves

  • Experience opening a new location or helping launch a new business
  • Background in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, hormone therapy, longevity, or membership-based healthcare
  • Experience managing licensed providers or service-based professionals
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, staffing models, and center-level profitability
  • Experience building community partnerships and representing a brand at local events

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the franchisee to support the successful launch of a new 4Ever Young center in Allen, TX
  • Help drive local grassroots marketing efforts before opening, including community outreach, partnership development, local events, and tabling opportunities
  • Support pre-sale membership growth and brand awareness in the market before the center opens
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of front desk, provider, and support team members
  • Help coordinate operational readiness, center setup, opening preparation, and overall launch execution
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the center with a strong focus on growth, service, and profitability
  • Coach, train, and manage team members to deliver exceptional client experiences and strong performance
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, workflow, and execution across front desk and clinical/service provider teams
  • Manage key relationships with service providers, including PA/NPs, estheticians, and other wellness professionals
  • Track and improve business KPIs such as membership growth, conversion rate, rebooking, average ticket, labor efficiency, and provider utilization
  • Drive local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and in-center promotions to build traffic and revenue
  • Maintain high standards across sales execution, customer service, training, compliance, and center presentation
  • Identify operational opportunities and solve problems quickly in a fast-moving launch environment
