About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Irving, TX Center Manager Outpatient Rehabilitation Full Time Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. SW Rehab at the Irving MacArthur clinic is looking for a Center Manager for our outpatient facility located at 2001 N. MacArthur Blvd at the BSWH Irving hospital. This location offers OT, PT and ST and treats orthopedics, some neuro as well as specialty programs including but not limited to Pelvic Health, ReVital cancer rehab, Parkinsons and Dry Needling. This location staffs 15 full time/PRN PT's, 3 full time OT's and 2 SLP's with growth opportunities in leadership and clinical training as the right leadership fit is determined. We support the education and training/mentorship to achieve the skills, experience and specializations you desire.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
