Requirements

  • 1+ year in management (3-5 years preferred for top earnings)
  • Confident, encouraging, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work one weekend shift (not both) and flexible weekday hours
  • Positive, proactive, and passionate about personal and team growth
  • Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
