About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Center Manager serves in a leadership capacity overseeing the daily operations and business functions at the assigned outpatient facility. This position is accountable for enforcing health and safety compliance protocol, as well as ensuring proper Charlotte Radiology/Lumexa Imaging intake processes are followed and completed. The Center Manager is also responsible for cost center financials, including budget management, action item planning, workflow optimization, and implementation of strategy in conjunction with their assigned Operations Leader. Shift Details: M - F / Will cover both Rock Hill CIS/BC & Fort Mill CIS/BC

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • BLS Certification
  • 3 - 5 years of operational leadership experience
  • Outstanding patient care and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-tasking, self-motivator
  • Computer literate
  • Outstanding interpretation and knowledge of HIPAA laws
  • Excellent business planning and financial management skills
  • Excellent operational management skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain smooth daily operation of assigned facility by resolving performance issues
  • Manage appropriate scheduling of center staff for daily volume intakes
  • Ensure patient throughput by overseeing pre-visit patient care and on-site patient preparation activities as needed
  • Act as point of escalation contact for concerns and challenges regarding patient and/or referring physicians
  • Partner with marketing team to develop and foster referring physician relationships to ensure Charlotte Radiology is the provider of choice
  • Partner with Operations director to maintain a positive working relationship with joint venture partnerships
  • Act as owner of the P&L with responsibility for escalating issues and concerns
  • Management over key KPI deliverables
  • Develop, review, and implement action plans based on financial reporting to enhance center performance
  • Manage contrast and corresponding radiologist schedules
  • Attending trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices and protocols
  • Communicate with management to ensure radiologist coverage
