Requirements

Have 3-5 years experience working in the field of ECE
Hold an Associate's degree or higher in the field of ECE
Be familiar with the Indiana FSSA licensed childcare center guidelines
Knowledgeable about national and state accreditation practices

Responsibilities

Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
Managing operation of the school
Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
