About The Position

Merrimack Autism Consultant is currently hiring for a Center Coordinator. The Center Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an ABA therapy center, ensuring smooth administrative functioning, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, supporting Behavior Therapist's, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and families. This role serves as a liaison between therapists, families, and management to support the overall mission of delivering effective behavioral therapy services. The Center Coordinator will be reporting to the Clinical Director. What does a typical day look like? The Center Coordinator will be working from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Applicants must be available to work an average of 40 hours per week. Rate of pay is between $27-30, based on level of education and years of experience. What will you do? Administrative Operations Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the ABA center Schedule therapy sessions, staff meetings, and center events Manage and maintain client and staff records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA Monitor and order office and therapy supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility Support coverage for Behavior Therapists Staff Support & Coordination Assist with center orientation, shadowing, and training of new Behavior Therapist's Track staff certifications (RBT, etc), continuing education, and compliance documents Support team communication and morale through regular updates and team-building efforts Client Services Serve as the primary point of contact for client families Coordinate ongoing client communication and assist with scheduling Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback from families with professionalism and empathy Compliance & Quality Assurance Conduct regular audits of documentation and records for compliance Support clinical team in preparing for audits, site visits, and accreditations Reporting & Communication Generate and submit weekly/monthly reports on center performance, scheduling, and utilization Communicate effectively with leadership and external partners as needed Monthly meetings with Clinical Director Host weekly "town hall" meetings with all Behavior Therapist's What do we offer? Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
  • Knowledge of ABA therapy services and terminology (preferred)
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • You have authorization to work in the US.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities
  • Experience with implementation of the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus.
