About The Position

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Center Administrative Coordinator (CAC) to join our team in Liverpool, NY and East Syracuse, NY . As a CAC, you'll be the welcoming face of our center, supporting families as they navigate their ABA therapy journey. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, responsive, and organized environment, serving as the essential link between our families and the clinical care team. Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative duties in an ABA setting; preferred
  • At least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician; preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care for children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in collaboration with the Center Administrative Director
  • Support families by serving as a point of contact for parents/guardians and promptly responding to and communicating their needs or concerns
  • Ensure client satisfaction and the highest standards of care through regular quality assurance reviews with client families and the care team
  • Handle day-to-day center responsibilities such as opening/closing, answering the phone, data entry, and auditing of records
