Primary responsibility is ensuring that only the highest quality product is made in and leaves the facility. This includes ensuring the facility cleanliness and quality standards are being diligently maintained. Being able to conduct all quality checks efficiency, effectively and in a timely manner is essential. Elements of this position include oversight of the following activities: Inventory management, employee training, Cellar work, & New Product Development. This team member must have a drive for continuous improvement in all processes, logical problem-solving skills, and the desire to lead by example.
