About The Position

We are seeking cellar interns (2) for our 2026 harvest season starting in July or August and ending in September. This role offers the opportunity to learn alongside a team of dedicated wine enthusiasts and gain experience in the winemaking process from start to finish. Interns will work with the winemaking team at the historic Los Gatos site.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Effective communication
• Ability to work well as a team and contribute to group tasks independently
• Passion for wine
• Commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

• college degree or pursuit of degree preferred
• Previous cellar experience or winery experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Learning and developing skills required for the wine making process
• Sanitizing cellar area, equipment, and tanks
• Performing cellar activities: punch downs, pump-overs, racking, drains, barrel filling
• Preparing for bottling: prepping, barrel prep and racking, transferring wine
• Packaging bottles: loading bottles, packaging, shipping, and quality checks
