Become your most extraordinary self with support and development throughout your career. Hands-On Lab Work Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation to support cell culture studies. Conduct cell culture experiments from shake flasks to bioreactors. Prepare solutions, submit samples, and calibrate lab equipment. Project Ownership Lead purification workflows and manage timelines and deliverables. Analyze large datasets and draft technical reports to support studies. Team Collaboration Work closely with a small, innovative team to brainstorm and solve problems. Coordinate with broader scientific teams to align lab activities. Communication & Compliance Present findings in cross-functional meetings . Follow GxP standards , GHS policies , and lab protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (required)
  • Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or purification techniques (academic research or internship experience counts!)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
