Job Summary The CED Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the College of Education (CED), the CED ASM, and CED Departments, as needed. This position will be assigned to support various Departments, Department Chairs/Directors, faculty, staff, and students in a wide variety of areas, including communications, scheduling & program support, record keeping, and personnel matters. The Admin Assistant also acts as a customer service specialist for its constituents: faculty, staff, students, and the public-at-large. This position may support multiple department units at one time and the various units supported can be complex in nature and will require the ability to learn the intricacies of each department.
