About The Position

We are currently seeking CDL Drivers to join our team. Why Join Us? In addition to joining a talented team and enjoying a 4‑day work week with weekends off, this position offers up to $10,000 in Sign‑On and Retention Bonuses, paid as follows: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 30 days) $2,500 Retention Bonus (paid after 90 days) $5,000 Retention Bonus (paid after 6 months) The effective rate for this role is between $28 - $35 per hour. Requirements

  • Minimum one year of verifiable driving experience
  • 21 years of age
  • Valid CMV / CDL / Class A license
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs . for extended periods
  • High School Diploma or equivalency, or a combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Operate company equipment in a safe and professional manner
  • Deliver products to licensed retail accounts as invoiced
  • Check in orders with customers using excellent customer service
  • Collect and return payments as required
  • Account for all delivered and returned merchandise
  • Complete all required delivery and route paperwork
  • Follow daily truck check-in processes
  • Report any truck service or safety concerns
  • Maintain an accurate DOT logbook, if required
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations
  • Attend monthly safety meetings and required training
  • Report any moving violations to management
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
