About The Position

As a Truck Driver – Yard and Distribution Support, you are the critical link between our distribution center and store locations. In this role, your primary responsibility will be performing yard moves and supporting distribution center operations, including loading and unloading freight. You will also serve as a backup driver for over-the-road and regional routes. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Perform daily yard operations, including moving trailers, spotting equipment, and managing dock flow within the distribution center yard. Unload freight from trailers and scan cartons with productive pace Stack and load boxed merchandise on outbound trailers; stack, wrap, and load pallets Operate a semi-tractor and trailer to cover assigned routes as needed, including filling in for absent or vacationing drivers. Drop and hook trailers at distribution centers and store locations. Conduct Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition; report and address any issues. Accurately use Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) or paper logs to track hours of service, inspections, stops, and maintenance. Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Requirements

Valid CDL Class A license required
Willingness to obtain doubles/triples endorsement
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Flexibility to support both yard operations and route driving as needed.
