About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to support our landscaping and snow operations. This role is responsible for operating CDL-required vehicles to transport equipment, and materials to and from job sites while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their equipment, communicates well with the operations team, and understands the demands of seasonal landscape and snow work.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or B license (with air brake endorsement if required)
Valid DOT Medical Card
Pass MVR Review
Pass DOT Required Drug Screen
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
Experience hauling trailers and operating plow equipment preferred
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends (to include overtime), and on-call during snow events
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs as required by job duties
Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Landscaping, construction, or snow removal experience
Equipment operation (skid steer, loader, or similar)
Basic mechanical knowledge or ability to identify equipment issues

Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL vehicles including dump trucks, plow trucks, and trailers
Transport landscaping materials and equipment to job sites
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues
Maintain accurate driver logs, timesheets, and required DOT documentation
Load and secure materials and equipment properly
Assist crews on-site as needed (loading, unloading, light labor)
Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies
Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations during the workday
Participate in snow and ice management operations during winter storms (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
