About The Position

Baillie Lumber is looking for qualified CDL A Truck Drivers to help support our Greene Lumber location. We have CDL Class A Truck Driver openings in Davenport, NY! Baillie Lumber Co. is one of North America's largest hardwood lumber manufacturers, distributors and exporters. We are a provider of hardwood logs, hardwood lumber and proprietary grade hardwood lumber products.
Requirements
- Must possess a clean CDL A
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- MUST have a minimum of at least 3 years experience driving tractor trailers
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a candidate who has 5 years experience driving tractor trailers
Responsibilities
- Driving a tractor trailer or straight truck (tri-axle) with wagon attached
- Driving on interstate highways, state highways, county roads and local (town) roads throughout New York, Pennsylvania and occasion other northeast states
- Delivering lumber to various company facilities and outside lumber companies
- Picking up logs from log landings, log yards and other company operations
