About The Position
Wagner Hardwoods is seeking qualified CDL A Truck Drivers to support their facility in Owego, NY. Wagner Hardwoods, LLC. is part of The Wagner Companies, one of North America's largest hardwood lumber manufacturers, distributors, and exporters. The company provides hardwood logs, hardwood lumber, and proprietary grade hardwood lumber products.
Requirements
- Must possess a clean CDL A
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- Must have a minimum of at least 3 years experience driving tractor trailers
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a candidate who has 5 years experience driving tractor trailers
Responsibilities
- Driving a tractor trailer or straight truck (tri-axle) with wagon attached
- Driving on interstate highways, state highways, county roads and local (town) roads throughout New York, Pennsylvania and occasion other northeast states
- Delivering lumber to various company facilities and outside lumber companies
- Picking up logs from log landings, log yards and other company operations
