About The Position

As a Driver for Dawn Foods, you will be responsible for the completion of your daily route as assigned in a timely manner, with a focus on safety and production. This includes obeying all federal, state, and local rules and regulations of the road, including all DOT operating and recording procedures. You will also conduct daily face-to-face interactions with customers, representing Dawn Foods in a friendly, competent, and professional manner.

Requirements

Class “A” CDL License in good standing
Ability to work in the United States
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of 6 months Class A Commercial driving experience
Must be able to lift 50+ pound repeatedly
Ability to operate MHE equipment

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering into food service accounts is preferred
Lift-gate, reefer, electric pallet jack and forklift experience helpful
Computer skills helpful

Responsibilities

Complete daily route as assigned in a timely manner, with safety and production in focus.
Obey all federal, state, and local rules and regulations of the road including all DOT operating and recording procedures.
Conduct daily face to face interaction with customers, representing Dawn Foods in a friendly, competent, and professional manner.
Break down product.
Perform shelf stacking.
Offload with electric pallet jacks.
Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
Collect invoice receipts that are generated from the deliveries.
