Requirements

Valid CDL Class B with tanker endorsement – REQUIRED
2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Solid communication skills—you’re professional, clear, and courteous.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when needed.
Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
Clean driving record and background check required.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a septic pump truck safely and efficiently.
Locate, dig, and pump residential and commercial septic tanks. (We’ll train you if needed.)
Keep your truck in top shape with regular checks and basic maintenance.
Haul and dispose of waste following all local and state guidelines.
Talk with customers on-site—explain what’s going on and handle questions like a pro.
Log each job accurately for compliance and recordkeeping.
Help out with loading/unloading equipment and supporting your teammates.
Be ready to respond when emergency calls come in—we’ve got our customers’ backs.
