About The Position

We’re hiring regional Class A drivers across the Midwest. Expect consistent miles, strong weekly pay, modern trucks, and paid training for new grads. Job Details: Coverage Area: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio Miles Per Week: 2200+ Home Time: Every weekend for 34-hour reset Freight Type: 100% no-touch | Preloaded | Drop and hook Earnings and Pay Structure: Mileage Rate: $0.56–$0.64 CPM based on experience Weekly Average Pay: $1.300-$1.500 Additional Pay: Detention, layover, breakdown covered Performance Bonus: Up to 8 CPM for safety & service Training Program: Drivers with limited OTR experience may qualify for the company training program. 3–5 week paid training with an experienced mentor Training covers safe operation, trip planning, and ELD complianceAdvancement to solo driving based on performance < 3 months experience: 4–6 week program 3–6 months experience: 1–2 week mentoring Modern Equipment: Assigned trucks: 2022+ Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680 Manual or automatic | Fridge, inverter, APU included No slip seating Benefits After 30 Days: Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match PTO and optional life, disability, and supplemental insurance W2 position Driver Requirements: CDL A | 21+ years old No more than 2 moving violations (past 2 years) No preventable DOT accidents in last 5 years No safety-related terminations, NO SAP Drivers Stable work history Must pass urine + hair drug screen Ready for a driving job with reliable routes and strong weekly earnings Apply today and take the next step in your career
