As a CDL-A Truck Driver , you'll handle local freight delivery routes across the island, operate a range of equipment, and work closely with dispatchers who know how to support you. Whether you're hauling containers, flatbeds, trailers, or assisting with load/unload duties, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day logistics that keep homes, businesses, and organizations running. Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A License
  • TWIC card and HAZMAT/Tanker endorsements (or willingness to get them)
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to pass a drug test , physical exam , and criminal background check
  • Must pass a road test with company trainer
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, climb in/out of vehicles, and work outdoors
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay on schedule with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Operate CDL-A vehicles for local deliveries across Honolulu and surrounding areas
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily and maintain logs
  • Safely transport freight, secure loads, and deliver to scheduled locations
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
  • Complete delivery paperwork and documentation after each route
  • Load and unload vehicles as needed, using equipment like dollies or forklifts
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and attitude on the road
  • Comply with DOT regulations , traffic laws, and internal safety standards
  • Represent the delivery team with respect and efficiency at every location
