About The Position

This position is for a CDL-A Driver focusing on regional dry van routes across 11 Western states. The role is open to both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers, offering steady freight, predictable bi-weekly home time, and a supportive mentorship program. New graduates will undergo a 4-6 week paid mentor program, receiving full pay during training and a $300 orientation bonus. Experienced drivers can expect average weekly pay between $1,300-$1,500, with top earners reaching up to $1,700 per week, plus a performance bonus of up to $0.08 CPM. The program ensures all drivers are prepared for independent regional runs upon completion of training.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Age 21+
• 6+ months driving experience or enrollment as a trainee
• Pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Clean MVR/PSP
• Steady work history with minimal employment gaps
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school (for new CDL-A drivers)
