About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting FSA’s responsibilities for the Individual and Therapeutic Support (herein referred to as ISS/TSS) funds utilized by the Pathways to Success Program and Family Support Program. The person in this position will assist Care Coordinators and FSP Coordinators by obtaining wellness-related items that support children and families with their treatment goals.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass an extensive background check
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be flexible

Responsibilities

  • Upload pre-authorization documentation for ISS/TSS funds requests to the HFS One Drive.
  • Accept and inform necessary parties of approvals or denials.
  • Order products and purchase services.
  • Inform Care Coordinators when products/services are available.
  • Reconcile the pre-authorization to the actual amount spent.
  • Enter billing into the Electronic Health Record for reimbursement of services.
  • Maintain tracking sheet of dollars spent per client and amount remaining to spend per fiscal year.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of purchases to charges on credit card statement and provide to Accounts Payable Specialist for entry into QuickBooks.
  • Responsible for attending staff meetings when requested.
  • Responsible for attending Clinical Staff meetings as requested by the supervisor.
  • Timely submission of time sheets every other Tuesday morning
  • Timely submission of reimbursement paperwork for travel expenses on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for informing clinicians when Annual Registration paperwork is due for clients.
  • Responsible for informing the supervisor of any problem or emergency situations.
  • Responsible for meeting with supervisor on a regular basis.
  • Attend and participate in community education and public relations activities as requested by the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including but not limited to Pathways, FSP, and other FSA Programs.
  • Participate in agency Risk Management and Performance Quality Improvement activities.
  • Perform incidental business-related travel as needed.
  • Perform job responsibilities with a positive attitude.
  • Responsible for promoting collegiality at the workplace by working collaboratively with others.
